All items ordered can be returned standard within 28 days (4 weeks).
The following products are excluded from return
• Individualized products (e.g. clothing with printing or embroidery)
• Sealed audio or video recordings and computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery
• Newspapers, magazines or periodicals
Handling a return
Please request a return in our returns portal https://www.bglobale.com/Returns/Portal/mZwH
Make a note on the return slip of the items you wish to return, including the reason and quantity. Place the return slip in the package with the goods. (Please only put the items listed on the return slip in the package to avoid delays in processing the return.)
The value of the goods will be refunded to you after receipt and inspection of the return by the payment method used by you. Please send us the receipt including the consignment number by e-mail to the following e-mail address. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of revocation, the customer must inform the FCB (FC Bayern München AG, Säbener Straße 51-57, 81547 Munich, Tel.: 089/69931-666, e-mail: globale-support@fcbayern.com ) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail) of his/her decision to revoke this contract. The customer may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation
If the customer revokes this contract, FCB shall repay to the customer all payments that FCB has received from the customer, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by FCB), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which FCB received notification of the customer's revocation of this contract. For this repayment, FCB shall use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no case shall the customer be charged any fees due to this repayment. FCB may refuse repayment until FCB has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to ITG GmbH Retouren c/o FC Bayern München AG, Eichenstraße 400, 85445 Schwaig, without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which he notifies FCB of the revocation of his contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The customer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
NOTE: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Under section 312g (2) German Civil Code (BGB), goods that are not pre-fabricated and the production of which is governed by an individual choice of or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs of the consumer are excluded from the right of withdrawal in distance contracts. This includes individualized products (e.g. clothing with printing or embroidery), sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if they were unsealed after delivery, and newspapers, journals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
