Neuer undergoing goalkeeper-specific training
Manuel Neuer is also making progress on his road to recovery. On Thursday, the FC Bayern captain was able to complete goalkeeper-specific exercises on the pitch again. During the individual session with goalkeeping coach Michael Rechner, the keeper trained with the ball for the first time after suffering another reaction in his calf muscles a fortnight ago during his rehabilitative training following a calf strain.
