Every day, FC Bayern receives hundreds of inquiries via telephone and contact form. To help you resolve your concerns as quickly as possible, we have answered the most frequently asked questions here.

Registration / Log in

How can I log in?

You can log in with your registered e-mail address and password.

How can I create a user account?

In our new Online-World we automatically create a user account for you, as soon as you completed a registration process. In this process you can decide, if you want to activate your user account by entering a password.

When do I get a user account?

The creation of a user account occurs with a registration. You can create a new user account through the Login-Section. One other simple way to register for a user account is to sign up for the newsletter or participate in an online campaign. Furthermore, a registration takes place in all processes, where you allow us to save your personal data. 

How can I maintain the data of my user account?

Please log in the application myFCB to maintain your user account as well as your personal Data. You can reach this application if you are logged in over myFCB profile (in the online store currently over my data)  

How can I change my password?

On every login page you can use the ‘forgotten password’ function to reset your password. To do this, please enter your registered email address and click ‘reset’. You’ll then receive an email with the subject ‘Reset password – activation link’. This email contains an activation link. When you click on it your password will be reset and you’ll automatically receive another email with the subject ‘Change password – step 2 (new password)’. At this stage you’ll be asked to enter a new password. From then on you’ll be able to log in again using your new password.

Which regulations are apply for the password assignment?

The safety of your data is of great importance to us. Because of this, we decided to implement a strong password logic. The following rules have to be applied:
- min. eight characters
- min. one number
- min. one special character
- use of small and capital letters

Is my previous online-account still valid?

With the changeover to our new Online-World we tried to take over all existing online accounts. However, with the data transfer we came across some constellations we could not take over. This has the effect, that a log in to some user accounts might not be possible. In these cases, we would kindly ask you to create a new user account. 

Previously I had more than one online-account.

After our changeover we only support one online account. The application criteria is your e-mail address.

Is my old user name/alias still valid?

Your previous user name/ alias will no longer be supported. Please log on with your e-mail address.

How can I change my e-mail address of my user account?

In the transitional period you cannot change your e-mail address. If you need to change your e-mail address during this time please contact us via email: support.login@fcbayern.com.

I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, you can use the function “forgot password” in order to reset your password. To do so, you have to enter your e-mail address and klick on “reset”. You will receive an e-mail with the subject “reset password – activation link”. In this e-mail you get an activation link. If you click on the activation link your password is reset and you will receive another e-mail with the subject “reset password – generated password”. In this e-mail you get a generated password. You can use this generated password for your next log in. With the next log in you have to change your password.

My online account is locked.

Because of multiple wrong entries we have locked your account for safety reasons. With every new login attempt we send you a new e-mail to inform you about the lock. Within the e-mail you also receive a link to unlock your user account. After you unlocked your account, you have the chance to log in again or use the function “forgot password” in order to reset your password.  

I did not receive the activation link.

Please check if our e-mail with the link for activation is in your spam folder. If you cannot find the activation mail, please contact support.login@fcbayern.com

I do not know my e-mail address.

Please contact our support.login@fcbayern.com In order tell you your e-mail address we also need your personal data as well as your customer number or membership number.

MyFCB profile administration

Where can I find my myFCB profile?

 On fcbayern.com you can find your myFCB profile at the top right of the home page. Here you can log in with your existing credentials or sign up. In the FC Bayern app you can find your myFCB profile in the  Services section.

Why can't I change some personal information (e.g. my email address)?

Your first name, last name, date of birth and email address cannot be changed in myFCB. In these cases, please send an email to service@fcbayern.com. Please let us know the reason for the change request, stating the name, the address, the date of birth and the email address stored in the account as well as the customer number, if available.

Where can I choose my favorite player?

 You can set your favorite player in the My profile section. Click Edit profile and then the select the tab Favorite player.

Why am I seeing data of family members?

Your myFCB profile may be linked to multiple accounts. If you see the Linked Accounts feature in your myFCB profile on the homepage, switch to the account with your own details.

Please note, that account switching is currently only available through our website and not in the app. If you continue to face problems, please contact service@fcbayern.com

What is the username for?

Currently, the user name is only used to display the rankings in the FC Bayern prediction game in our app. Please note that you cannot log in with your username.

Why am I not seeing my membership?

Your email address may not be assigned correctly. Please contact service@fcbayern.com with your membership number and date of birth and provide the email address you would like to use for your membership.

What is the difference between the language setting in the header section of myFCB and the communication language that I can set in the Personal data section?

Changing the language setting in the myFCB header section changes the language in which the interface is displayed. Changing the communication language in the Personal data section affects the language in which you receive emails from us.

I do not want to receive any physical mail, calls or emails from FC Bayern in the future.

In myFCB, you can set your consent in the Preference Center section. Here you can decide for yourself whether you would like to be contacted by us for marketing purposes.  Please note that you will continue to receive service emails (e.g. order confirmations for purchases in the online store).

Where can I change my bank account or credit card information?

 You can see your stored payment methods in the My profile section. Click the Edit profile and then choose the tab Payment data.

Can I store multiple bank account details or credit cards?

You can currently store a single bank account and a single credit card in your myFCB profile.

Why can't I delete my credit card or bank acount details?

Make sure that the credit card or bank account to be deleted are not used to pay a membership fee, an annual ticket or a FC Bayern TV PLUS subscription. Otherwise, switch to a differenet payment method first.

What’s on FC Bayern TV PLUS?

FC Bayern TV PLUS is the online TV channel at FC Bayern featuring exclusive videos on everything to do with FC Bayern. Subscribers can watch all FCB’s games and goals here plus exclusive interviews and background reports. There are also regular live broadcasts (e.g. friendlies, training sessions, press conferences, online discussions). Competitive matches are also covered live on our Web Radio service.

How do I become a member of FC Bayern?

Just fill out the online membership application form

How do I contact the membership service?

The FC Bayern membership service assists with all questions regarding membership. To contact our service team please call the hotline: +49 89 699 31-555.

With the button "customer number unknown", you can request your customer number. You will then get an e-mail with your customer number. 

Where can I find my membership number?

You find your membership number on your membership identification card, in letters, E-Mails or you can contact our membership administration. 

Fan clubs

How do I set up a FC Bayern fan club?

Information on setting up a fan club is available HERE.

Where is my nearest fan club?

You can find all FC Bayern fan clubs worldwide HERE. You can use the search facility to look for fan clubs in your area.

I forgot my customer number.

Why can't I use the same e-mail address for more than one customer?

An e-mail address can only be assigned to one customer number. We cannot maintain more than one customer numbers with one e-mail address, because of that you cannot use your e-mail address for different (even within the same family)

How can I create an online an online account, so that I do not have to log in with my customer number, fan club number and bith date?

In our new Online-World we automatically create a user account for you, as soon as you completed a registration process. In this process you can decide, if you want to activate your user account by entering a password.

What is the FC Bayern KIDS CLUB?

Within the FC Bayern KIDS CLUB, small fans of FC Bayern can look forward to a variety of different activities around FC Bayern. As a Member, FCB kids have among other the opportunity to take part in exiting events with FC Bayern. More information about the FC Bayern KIDS CLUB are available here.

Miscellaneous

Can I watch a training session at FC Bayern?

Public training sessions are usually held at the FC Bayern premises at the Säbener Strasse facility several times a week. The exact hours for the following week are usually issued on Sundays. They can be found at www.fcbayern.de.

Please note that training times may be subject to change at short notice. Unfortunately, long-term planning of the training schedule is not possible. There is no charge for admission to public sessions.
