The most frequently asked questions

How do I get autograph cards of the men's soccer team?

You can order autograph cards via our request module. Please note that autograph cards can only be sent to your registered address.

Members of FC Bayern Munich can purchase one set of autograph cards per season. You can choose between

  • a complete set of autograph cards with facsimile signatures (faithful reproduction of the original signatures)
  • Autograph cards with original signatures as a set (no guarantee of completeness)
  • individual autograph cards with original signatures
  • However, autograph cards with original signatures are not always available.

Non-members can purchase one set of autograph cards with facsimile signatures (faithful reproduction of the original signatures) per season. We ask for your understanding that the original signed autograph cards are reserved for our members.

Where can I change my bank details or credit card information?

You can manage your stored payment methods in the profile section. To do this, click the Edit profile button and then switch to the Payment data tab.

Why can't I delete my credit card or bank details?

Make sure that the credit card or bank account to be deleted is not being used to pay a membership fee, an annual pass or an FC Bayern TV PLUS subscription. Otherwise, change the payment method first.

Can I do a trial training session at FC Bayern?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer trial training sessions. We rely exclusively on our scouting team to identify new talent.
