FC Bayern Affiliate Club Program

Through the FC Bayern Affiliate Program, FC Bayern is further expanding its international network in youth football. The aim of the programme is to build closer links between selected youth clubs worldwide and the club’s philosophy, methodology and development structure, thereby creating new opportunities for players, coaches and entire organisations.

As part of the FC Bayern Pathway, partner clubs are integrated into a global development structure that opens up a pathway from local youth football to elite, international programmes. The focus is not only on sporting development, but also on the exchange of knowledge, values and football culture that have defined FC Bayern for decades.

Part of the FC Bayern Pathway

The affiliate programme is a key component of the FC Bayern Pathway. Clubs retain their own identity whilst benefiting from close ties to FC Bayern and its globally recognised training standards.

Through this partnership, clubs gain access to training content and methodologies from the FC Bayern Campus’s youth development programme, access to: the ‘FC Bayern Online Campus’ digital platform, further training opportunities for coaches (Coaches Education), and international projects within the FC Bayern Pathway. These include initiatives such as the FC Bayern Youth Cup, international talent identification programmes and elite residential camps, through which particularly talented players receive further support.

The partnership opens up new opportunities for talented players from the clubs to showcase their abilities within the FC Bayern Pathway and take part in international training and talent programmes. This creates a structured development pathway that combines local talent development with global opportunities.

An important part of this international network is found in the United States through STYSA (South Tangi Youth Soccer Association). Based in Louisiana, the club has been a valued partner of FC Bayern for several years and works closely with the club on various projects within the FC Bayern Pathway.

Through this partnership, STYSA players and coaches have regular access to international development programmes. Particularly talented players thus have the opportunity to take part in selected FC Bayern Pathway projects and demonstrate their skills on the international stage.

As an affiliate partner, Nepean Hotspurs is fully integrated into the FC Bayern Pathway. The partnership enhances development opportunities for players within FC Bayern’s international programmes.
