FC Bayern will be without Kingsley Coman over the coming weeks after the France international suffered a torn medial collateral ligament in his left knee in Saturday’s 3-2 win away at Augsburg. The diagnosis follows examination by Bayern’s medical department.
“It’s obviously a real blow,” said sporting director Christoph Freund. “But knowing Kingsley, he’ll come back even stronger. We wish him a speedy recovery.”
