These are the opponents FC Bayern and Bayer 04 Leverkusen will face in the Bundesliga run-in

Pack ma's (let's do this) in the Bundesliga run-in! Following Bayer 04 Leverkusen's 1-1 draw with FC St. Pauli on Sunday evening, FC Bayern's lead at the top of the table has increased to eight points. The Munich giants had lain down a marker in the title race with their 4-0 win at 1. FC Heidenheim on Saturday and have taken a decisive step towards their big goal of winning their 34th league title.

The German record champions and the reigning champions are engaged in a fierce battle for the Bundesliga throne this season. The two head-to-head encounters in the first and second half of the season both ended in draws (0-0, 1-1). The men from Munich moved into the top spot on Matchday 3 (!) and have refused to relinquish it ever since. At the beginning of the year, it became clear that the path to the Meisterschale would once again lead to a battle with the Werkself. Now, with just four matchdays to go, coach Vincent Kompany's team have managed to pull further ahead.
