FAQ - questions and answers on the GEMINI Park & Ride service at the FC Bayern Campus
As part of the EU-funded GEMINI project, a pilot test for a Park & Ride solution at the FC Bayern Campus is being carried out with our partner Volkswagen for selected home games at the Allianz Arena. This will give fans the opportunity to park their vehicles on Campus and take a comfortable and stress-free shuttle bus to the Allianz Arena and back to the Campus at the end of the match.

On which matchdays is the pilot test taking place?
The pilot test is taking place during selected home games between November 2025 and March 2026. Please refer to the relevant up-to-date information when booking your ticket.
Do I need a ticket to use the Park & Ride service?
Yes. A valid ticket is required to enter the car park at the FC Bayern Campus and to use the shuttle buses, as capacity is limited to 500 parking spaces. The QR code must be presented to the staff on site either digitally or on a print-out.
How much does the Park & Ride service cost?
During the test period, the use of the Park & Ride service is free of charge. However, booking a free ticket is mandatory – click here to book your ticket.
What should I do if I have already booked a regular parking ticket?
If you have already booked a ticket for one of the car parks at the Allianz Arena and wish to cancel it, please contact service@allianz-arena.com by e-mail.
When and how often do the shuttle buses run to the Allianz Arena and back?
The shuttle buses operate every 10 minutes starting 3 hours before kick-off. After the match, the buses return to the FC Bayern Campus for up to 2 hours after the final whistle.
Where do the buses stop at the Allianz Arena?
The shuttle bus stop at the Allianz Arena is located at the corner of Lottlisa-Behling-Weg / Kurt-Landauer-Weg, directly below the Fröttmaninger Berg. This applies both to arrival before and departure to the FC Bayern Campus after the match.
How long does the journey from the FC Bayern Campus to the Allianz Arena take?
The shuttle bus ride from the FC Bayern Campus to the Allianz Arena usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
Who operates the transportation service from the FC Bayern Campus to the Allianz Arena?
